Today, on Thursday 30th June 2022, the company Regina Fisk AS from Hamnvik, Norway, was sold to Norderveg Holding AS from Bekkjarvik, Norway. Atlantic Shipping were brokers for the sale.
The company Regina Fisk AS owned the purse seiner M/V Frantsen Junior and quotas (ringnot konsesjon), which now have changed owners. The vessel is now named M/V Slottstein.
Atlantic Shipping was asked to be brokers for the sale of the company. Potential buyers were contacted, bidding rounds were conducted, and we provided assistance throughout the entire sales and takeover process.
