Others than fishermen can own 33%.
In the field of pelagics, a shipowner can own a maximum of 5% of the total quota.
In the field of factory trawlers one shipowner can own a maximum of 2 vessels with a maximum of 3 quotas on each.
In the field of coast purse seiners one shipowner can own a maximum of 2 vessels/fishing companies.
In the field of cod fishery a shipowner can own a maximum of 2 trawlers with a maximum of 3 quotas.
